Our Team

Crystal Wooldridge grew up in Burlington, IA and has been in the optical industry since 2001. She is our front desk receptionist, but also helps in the optical whenever she is able to! She enjoys helping patients and expanding her knowledge. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, watching movies, and now spending time with her family, especially her grandson Tyler.

Lynn Hardy grew up in Burlington, IA and has been in the optical industry since 1987. She has enjoyed many roles during her tenure and is currently an optometric technician. She loves being part of a team that truly cares about our patients and their needs. When she is not working, she spends a lot of time in the kitchen cooking - not only to eat, but to relax.

Shannon Kilbride grew up in Burlington, Iowa and has been in the optometry industry for 23 years. She is our front desk receptionist and contact lens guru! The favorite part of her day is greeting patients and assisting them with all of their needs. She enjoys spending time with family, especially both of her granddaughters, Charlie and Remy.

Andrea Hamma joined the practice in 2021 as office manager. She has worked in the eye industry since 2007. She enjoys using her knowledge and experience to improve daily flow throughout the office to ensure patients have the best experience possible. In her free time, Andrea enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and their 2 children.

Natalie Djuric is originally from Rockford, Illinois, and moved to Burlington in August of 2020. Natalie loves helping patients and making sure all of their optical needs are met. She recently passed the ABO test and is now officially certified!  In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and showing horses.

Kiley VanOrder is originally from Burlington, IA and currently lives in Fort Madison. She joined Midwest Eye Clinic as an optician in October of 2021, then made her way to an optical technician in 2022. She will be taking the paraoptometric exam this August and will officially be certified. Her favorite part of being a tech is learning new things everyday and talking with the patients. In her free time she loves spending time with her family and puppies.
