Our Team

Crystal Wooldridge grew up in Burlington, IA and has been in the optical industry since 2001. She is our front desk receptionist, but also helps in the optical whenever she is able to! She enjoys helping patients and expanding her knowledge. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, watching movies, and now spending time with her family, especially her grandson Tyler.

Lynn Hardy grew up in Burlington, IA and has been in the optical industry since 1987. She has enjoyed many roles during her tenure and is currently an optometric technician. She loves being part of a team that truly cares about our patients and their needs. When she is not working, she spends a lot of time in the kitchen cooking - not only to eat, but to relax.

Shannon Kilbride grew up in Burlington, Iowa and has been in the optometry industry for 23 years. She is our front desk receptionist and contact lens guru! The favorite part of her day is greeting patients and assisting them with all of their needs. She enjoys spending time with family, especially both of her granddaughters, Charlie and Remy.

Andrea Hamma joined the practice in 2021 as office manager. She has worked in the eye industry since 2007. She enjoys using her knowledge and experience to improve daily flow throughout the office to ensure patients have the best experience possible. In her free time, Andrea enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and their 2 children.

Kiley VanOrder is originally from Burlington, IA and currently lives in Fort Madison. She joined Midwest Eye Clinic as an optician in October of 2021, then made her way to an optical technician in 2022. She will be taking the paraoptometric exam this August and will officially be certified. Her favorite part of being a tech is learning new things everyday and talking with the patients. In her free time she loves spending time with her family and puppies. 

Stella grew up in central Illinois, she moved to the Burlington area and joined our team in November 2025. Her favorite part of being an optician is learning new things everyday to better help patients. Stella loves finding the perfect frame to fit patients lifestyle and to make styling a fun activity! She enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, and visiting home to see her friends and family in Illinois.
 

Isabelle grew up in North Central Iowa and moved to Burlington in 2022 to be closer to family and joined our team October of 2025. One of her favorite parts of being an optician is helping patients pick out their new frames. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her boys, crafting, and getting her steps in!
 

Lauren McDowell grew up in Burlington, Iowa. She is currently a college student and has been working part time for us since the Summer of 2025. She enjoys working as a receptionist, optician, and helping out wherever else she can! She likes getting to know patients along with helping them with any of their needs. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball or tennis and spending time with her friends and family. 
 

Natalie grew up in Northern Illinois but moved to Burlington in 2020! She loves being an Optician and helping patients find lenses that fit their lifestyle. She enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and traveling!
