Dr. Sarah Sliwinski

Dr. Sarah is a Burlington native. She graduate from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2011. She completed rotations in Ocular Disease, Pediatric Eye Care including Vision Therapy, and Contact Lenses. She enjoys spending time with her two sons, Ben and Adam, and her husband Dan.

Dr. Daniel Sliwinski

Dr. Daniel Sliwinski graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL with honors and earned his Doctorate in Optometry. Sliwinski has been practicing as an Optometrist in southeast Iowa since graduating from the Optometry program seven years ago. He will be seeing patients at both MWEC in Burlington and Wolfe Clinic in Fairfield.
